|Nancy Duffey, Director of State and Federal Programs, Ext 315
Provide general oversight for all state and federal grants, including compliance with state and federal guidelines. Review of budget, staffing and materials, provides leadership in Title, LAP, Migrant, Bilingual, co-facilitator for Wenatchee School District Intervention Model.

Maintain Special Programs service lists, Special Programs data analysis,Gear-UP/21st Century budgets and ongoing compliance reports.

Maintain Special Programs budgets and personnel records. Facilitates the organization of special program events.

Provide receptionist services and support to State and Federal Programs Director and Specialist. District liaison between school, community and Migrant families. Actively identify and recruit all eligible migrant children.
|Carmela Solorio, Migrant Records Clerk/Bilingual Program Support, Ext. 319
Perform record-keeping tasks and manage forms/information for migrant student records. Process migrant student information and data in national and district systems. Organize and supervise yearly Migrant Migrant Physicals.
|Martha Martinez, Migrant Home Visitor/Records Clerk, Ext. 322
District liaison between school, community and Migrant families. Actively identify and recruit all eligible migrant children residing in the school district. Maintains files on certification of eligibility. Provides information and referral services to Migrant families, assists families with program forms.
