Classroom Based Assessment Template (word)- This is a template created by OSPI to write investigation assessments.

General Characteristics of Scenarios and Rubrics (word)- This document gives descriptions about the different kinds of scenarios and how the scenarios are scored using general rubrics.

Test and Item Specifications (word)- This document gives the exact language used to show evidence of learning for an item. This should be used when creating classroom assessments. This also contains the vocabulary lists for grades 5, 8, 10.
