The John Newbery Elementary FUNd run was a great success! Organized and run by our PTA and spearheaded by Tammi Flynn, it is our biggest fund raiser of the year! But more than that, it is GREAT fun!

This is my first grade class after they ran their 30 minutes. The second picture is the first grade, the first group of kids getting ready to start their "running" time! WHS cheerleaders and Varsity boys basketball players were there to cheer us on. The Apple Blossom Royalty showed up later in the day, as well as other guests. And a big "thank you" to whomever ordered the great weather!
